Complete the following form to request an individual campus visit. We ask that you request your visit at least one week in advance. If your intended visit date is within the next week, please call our office directly at 708-524-6800 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that professor meetings and class visits are only available only to current seniors and transfer students.

Completion of the following form does not confirm a visit. You should hear from us within five business days via e-mail. If for some reason you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at 708-524-6800.
